Jennifer Pikoos

Jennifer Pikoos has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and finance. Jennifer started their career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in 1994 and worked there until 2000. Jennifer then joined Amgen as a Finance Manager from 2000 to 2002. Jennifer then transitioned to the banking industry, working as a Human Resources Executive at Indymac Bank from 2002 to 2009, and later at OneWest Bank from 2009 to 2017. Jennifer then moved to Kia America, where they held the position of Director, Human Resources, Inclusion & Diversity, and General Affairs from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Practice Director of Strategic Human Resources Solutions at TurningPoint Executive Search since 2023, where they lead the launch of a new HR consulting practice.
