Matthew Swearingen

Matthew Swearingen, MBA, SPHR has a diverse professional background in human resources. Matthew most recently worked at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions as Vice President of Talent/Human Resources. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Express Scripts from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Director at Travelers in 2018. From 2004 to 2018, they worked at Express Scripts Inc. as a Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for multiple sites in the United States. Matthew'searlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at VWR International, where they were a senior generalist within the Corporate HQ of an international laboratory/pharmaceutical supplies operation.
