Beate M. Schulze is the Founder & Owner of Schulze Resource Consulting, where Beate M. hosts leadership communities, coaches leaders and teams, and specializes in organizational development. Beate M. is also a Senior Executive Coach at Turningpoint Leadership, an Expert Consultant at Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation, and the Co-Course Director for "Managing stress in professional practice" at Schutz & Rettung Zürich & CMDP, University of Zurich. Beate has extensive experience in research, project management, and coaching, with a background in various fields such as sociology, psychology, and occupational and social medicine. Beate M. holds a PhD in Medical Sciences and has certifications in coaching and supervision.
