Ken Homer

Ken Homer is a Senior Executive Coach at Turningpoint Leadership since November 2019. Ken is also the Founder of Collaborative Conversations since September 2007. Previously, Ken has held roles such as Inclusion Dialogue Facilitator at Collective Next, LLC, Co-Chair of SoL NA 2018 Conference at North American Society for Organizational Learning, and Designer and Presenter at Global Society for Organizational Learning - European Learning Journeys. Ken has also served as an Instructor at San Francisco State University and Adjunct Faculty - Mentor at New Ventures West. With a background in facilitation, coaching, and community outreach, Ken has contributed significantly to various organizations and programs focused on personal and organizational development.
