Brenda Perez

Brenda Perez, M.Div, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, arts education, and organizing for social justice. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Worker-Owner at Big Duck since March 2022, Brenda also contributes as a Teaching Artist and Afterschool Program Lead at Turnip Green Creative Reuse since 2019. Prior roles include Bilingual Community Engagement Manager and Coordinator at Walk/Bike Nashville, National Organizer at Mijente, and Fair Food Program Education Coordinator at the Coalition of Immokalee Workers. Brenda's career began as Lead Organizer at Workers Dignity / Dignidad Obrera, which spanned from 2012 to 2016. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Vanderbilt University.
