Veronica Lafemina

Veronica LaFemina serves as the Founder and CEO of LaFemina & Co., a firm dedicated to modern strategies for mission-driven organizations, since June 2021. Additionally, Veronica holds roles as a Strategic Advisor at Turnkey and as a Senior Consultant at Luminas Strategy, engaging in efforts to create significant value for clients. Veronica's previous experience includes a tenure at the American Diabetes Association, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Managing Director of Strategy & Insights to Vice President of Strategic Communications & Public Relations, contributing to impactful strategic initiatives and organizational communications. Prior roles include Vice President at Food Allergy Research & Education, Gibraltar Associates, Burson-Marsteller, and TheWadeGroup, where Veronica developed extensive expertise in communications, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Veronica holds a B.A. in American Literature and Culture, Public Policy from UCLA.
