Dunia Anabtawi is an experienced professional in the fields of social work and nursing with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Saint Francis. Turnstone is on a mission to empower people with disabilities. Founded in 1943 as Allen County Society for Crippled Children, Turnstone has been meeting the needs of children and adults with physical disabilities for the past 68 years. The agency is excited to offer a variety of programs and services to the residents of northeast Indiana and further.
