Carolina Armstrong

Carolina Armstrong has a strong background in people operations and culture. Carolina has held the role of Director of People Operations at Lifeblue and Turnstyle since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People & Culture at Gig Wage from January 2021 to September 2021. Before transitioning into people operations, they served as the Member Experience Manager at WeWork from March 2018 to January 2021. Carolina also has experience as a Regional Director of Operations at Sofar Sounds from May 2016 to April 2018.

Carolina Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from The University of the South.
