Samantha Mudaly

Samantha Mudaly has diverse work experience in various industries. Samantha is currently the Senior Director of People at Turntide Technologies, where they lead the company's efforts to develop efficient and intelligent electric motor systems. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Development at BorgWarner Waterloo Inc., focusing on motor controllers and system components for electric and hybrid vehicles. In addition, Samantha worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Manager at Exinda Networks, where they implemented a comprehensive recruitment process. Samantha also gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at BlackBerry and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Air New Zealand, where they led a large-scale recruitment project. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Account Manager at Lithotech, successfully managing major client accounts and promoting cross-selling initiatives.

Samantha Mudaly attended the University of Cape Town from 1997 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Social Science degree, specializing in Psychology and Industrial Sociology. Samantha also obtained a degree called BSocSci, with a focus on Psychology and Industrial Sociology.
