Crystal Khoupraseuth

Crystal Khoupraseuth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and program management, currently serving as a Marketplace Support Program Manager II at Turo since November 2022. Prior roles include Executive Support II and Senior Customer Support Agent at Turo, as well as a Media Advisor at JB Hi-Fi until January 2024. Crystal has a diverse background in production and research, having worked as a Production Assistant and HR Assistant at Animal Logic, an Archive Research Assistant at Bunya Productions, and in various production support roles at Essential Media & Entertainment and Southern Pictures. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Media with a focus on Screen and Sound from UNSW, completed between 2014 and 2016.
