Lauren K. possesses extensive experience in software engineering and engineering management, currently serving as Engineering Manager - Host at Turo since October 2015. With a solid foundation in crafting features from inception to implementation, Lauren has held various roles, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where the production of high-quality, maintainable code has been a focus. Prior to Turo, Lauren worked as a Software Support Engineer at Autopilot HQ and contributed as a Coach at Dev Bootcamp, guiding aspiring engineers. Educationally, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from California State University, Chico, and continues studies at Griffith University.
