Seth Trent is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, customer service, and education. Currently serving as an Associate Program Manager at Turo since October 2020, Seth applies lean principles and data-driven approaches to enhance customer support operations through continuous improvement projects. Previous roles include Program Specialist and Operations Coordinator at Turo, and Team Leader of Operations at 24-7 Intouch, where Seth focused on coaching and elevating customer service performance. Additionally, Seth has held teaching positions as an Adjunct Professor of Art at various colleges and has experience in creative writing and production supervision. Seth holds a Master’s degree in Fine and Studio Arts from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Eastern Kentucky University.
