Bill Melville serves as the Director of Global Strategic Design for StockX, where responsibilities include leading global service design initiatives within Customer Service, focusing on customer segmentation, self-service enhancements, contact reduction, and channel design strategies since January 2019. Prior experience at StockX includes roles as Strategic Design Senior Manager, Strategic Design Manager, and Knowledge Manager, where Bill developed training programs and internal knowledge tools. Previous employment at Apple spanned from October 2012 to December 2018 in various capacities including Pro, Expert, and In Store Trainer/New Store Opening Mentor. Earlier experience includes work as a Language Ambassador for the Spanish Ministry of Education, promoting language skills through tailored lesson plans and cultural activities, as well as serving as a Mentor Tutor for American Reads Tutoring Corps, developing literacy-focused lesson plans for at-risk elementary students. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2009.
