Lakshmi saranya deepthimahanthi is currently working as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Projects & Reliability Engineer at Turosi, focusing on site process engineering, leading continuous integration and process improvement planning projects. They have previous experience as a Higher Degree Researcher and Production Analyst at Deakin University, with a Master's degree in Mechanical Design & Engineering Management. Additionally, they have internship experience in directional drilling at ONGC and pressure & temperature drop analysis at reliance industries limited.
