Adam Geitgey

Adam Geitgey has a strong background in software engineering and machine learning. Adam is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Turquoise Health, a rapidly growing healthcare pricing company. Prior to that, they worked as a Machine Learning Author at Lynda.com from 2017 to 2021. Adam also worked as a Machine Learning Consultant for self-employed projects from 2017 to 2021, where they helped start-ups and established software companies implement machine learning systems. Adam has experience in leadership roles, serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Groupon from 2011 to 2017, where they led the development of a new web application framework. Adam also served as the Chief Technology Officer of Tucuxi Software from 2009 to 2011, and as the Director of Research and Development at ESi from 2006 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Adam worked as a Software Engineer at Hanna Strategies, LLC, leading programming teams in Shanghai and developing products for Autodesk, Inc.

Adam Geitgey attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Human/Computer Interaction.
