Maya Najarian

Maya Najarian has a strong work experience with a focus on data science and insights engineering. In 2014, they began their career as an Associate Data Scientist at Bridj, where they worked until April 2016. In 2018, Maya joined Flatiron Health as a Data Insights Engineer and was later promoted to the Senior Data Insights Engineer role in August 2020. Maya stayed with the company until January 2022. Currently, Maya is working at Turquoise Health as a Data Scientist, starting in January 2022 and later transitioning to the role of Senior Data Scientist in August 2022.

Maya Najarian attended Middlebury College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Computer Science. Maya then pursued further education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master's Degree in Computer Science. Maya has also acquired additional certifications, including becoming a Data Science for All 'DS4A' Mentor from Correlation One in December 2021 and completing the Statistics with Python Specialization from the University of Michigan in January 2020.
