Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Group Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay, since August 2024 and as the Director of Incentive Sales for Turtle Bay Resort since April 2023, Susan has a proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth. Prior roles include Global Sales Director for KSL Resorts, overseeing incentive sales and regional sales for both the Southwest and international markets.
