Shashita Augustin

Shashita Augustin is a skilled Human Resources Coordinator currently engaged with The Ritz-Carlton O’ahu and Turtle Bay Resort since December 2021. With a strong background in human resources, Shashita previously held roles such as Project Manager Intern at Unpacking and Assistant Registrar at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, where responsibilities included managing student records and facilitating cultural events. Shashita also served as Club President for the Singapore Malaysia Chapter at Brigham Young University - Hawaii, demonstrating leadership in organizing cultural showcases. Additional experience includes sales and administrative roles at the Polynesian Cultural Center and Beaconhouse Group. Shashita holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii and is pursuing an MBA from Southern Utah University.
