Ben Hibbard has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Ben started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Danone in 2005 and worked there for a year. Ben then moved on to Somerfield and held the positions of Point of Sale Assistant and Local Marketing Co-ordinator from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Ben joined Nando's as a Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2013. Ben then joined Boston Tea Party Cafes as Head of Marketing and worked there for six years. Currently, Ben is working as the Head of Marketing at Turtle Bay Restaurants, where they have been since 2019. At Turtle Bay, they have successfully built and led a high-performing team and has been instrumental in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns with a digital-first approach.

Ben Hibbard completed their education in the field of marketing. Ben received a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing from the University of Plymouth, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In 2010, they obtained a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Ben also pursued further education at Cambridge Marketing College, where they earned a Professional Postgraduate Diploma - CIM Qualification. In 2013, they became a CIM Chartered Marketer MCIM Member, obtaining this certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
