Currently serving as the Head Chef at Turtle Bay Restaurants, Chef Balakrishnan is committed to customer satisfaction and continuously seeks to enhance the dining experience through exceptional culinary practices. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Madras, where they were an A-Grade university gold medalist.
