Claire Whitaker is an experienced professional in the fields of design and yoga instruction. Currently serving as the Designer for Headwear and Accessories at Turtle Fur since March 2023, Claire also leads the Diversity Equity & Inclusion team. Previous roles include Apparel Samples Manager, Fashion Model, and Apparel Design Assistant at April Cornell between November 2019 and March 2023. Additional experience includes positions as a Yoga Teacher at Sangha Yoga Studio, Hatha Yoga Instructor at Yoga Roots, and Operations Manager at Garuka Bars. From July 2013 to December 2016, Claire held the role of Field and Direct Seed Coordinator at Bergers Spring Ledge Farm and Nursery and was the Tasting Room Manager at Bendistillery, Inc. from June 2012 to June 2014. Claire holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Saint Michael's College and has undertaken further education at the School for International Training.
