Cesar Huaman

Cesar Huaman is the President of HQ Power and serves as the Engineering & Senior Program Manager at Turtle & Hughes, positions held since November 2006. In this role, Cesar manages various electrical distribution and automation projects in the New York City Metro Area. Prior experience includes work as a Consulting Engineer at Siemens from January 1998 to October 2006 and as a Senior Field Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company from July 1985 to December 1997. Cesar holds an MBA in Management, Information Systems, and Finances from NYU Stern School of Business (1993-1996), an MSEE in Electric Power Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology (1989-1991), and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Engineering (1973-1979).
