John McGowan

John McGowan is an experienced professional in industrial automation and account management, currently serving as the Vice President of Industrial Automation at Turtle since June 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Automation Manager and Team Leader at Turtle & Hughes from February 2018 to September 2023. John’s extensive background includes working at GE Digital as an Enterprise Manufacturing Account Manager from 2005 to February 2018, where expertise in integrating digital capabilities was emphasized. John previously served at GE Intelligent Platforms and Rockwell Automation in various account management roles, and began a career in education as a Science Teacher at Cardinal Spellman High School. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Columbia University.
