Margo Gebraski

Margo Gebraski has a diverse work experience in the field of yoga and physical therapy. Margo started their career in 1985 as the owner and yoga instructor at Naper Olympic Health Club, where they worked until 2006. In 2005, they became self-employed and worked as a private yoga therapist, instructor, cranial sacral therapist, and Ayurveda lifestyle educator.

In 2007, Margo joined Master Yoga Foundation as a Program Extension Coordinator and worked until 2010. From 2011 to 2016, they owned and served as a leading teacher at Yoga Rhythms Studio. Starting from 2013, they also worked as a Yoga Teacher Trainer at SVAROOPA VIDYA ASHRAM INC, where they trained yoga enthusiasts to become teachers of Svaroopa Yoga and managed various aspects of the program.

Most recently, Margo worked as a Lighting Project Manager at Turtle & Hughes since November 2018. Prior to that, they were a yoga therapist at Hands on Health Physical Therapist starting from 2016. Overall, Margo has a wealth of experience in yoga, physical therapy, program coordination, and management.

Margo Gebraski's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice Sciences from Illinois State University, which they obtained from 1979 to 1984. Margo then pursued their interest in yoga and completed a Yoga Teacher Trainer program at the Master Yoga Foundation from 2005 to 2015. Within this program, they achieved certification as a Svaroopa® yoga instructor, accumulating 700 hours of training in Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy. Continuing their education in yoga, Margo attended the Svaroopa Vidya Ashram in 2015 to become a certified Advanced Teacher Trainer, Pregnancy Yoga Therapist, and Yoga Therapist.
