Racha Abdallah

Racha Abdallah is a seasoned UX/UI Director currently serving at Turtle Rock Studios since September 2024, with previous leadership roles at Funcepts and Behaviour Interactive. Racha's extensive experience includes directorial positions focusing on enhancing player engagement through innovative design and strategic player experience. Racha has a strong background in mentorship, guiding emerging designers and fostering creativity within teams. Notable achievements include establishing UX/UI strategies at Electronic Arts and leading user experience practices at Gameloft. Racha holds a Master’s degree in Communication with a focus on interactive multimedia from UQAM and has studied Computation Arts at Concordia University.
