Matthew Bryson

Matthew Bryson currently serves as Product Director at Turtlebox Audio since September 2025, following an extensive tenure at YETI from February 2016 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Innovation Engineering Facility and leading various engineering functions to launch outdoor consumer products. Previous roles at YETI encompassed Manager of Validation Engineering, Principal Validation Engineer, and Sr. Design Validation Engineer, focusing on product design validation, testing, and standards compliance. Prior experience includes working as a Material and R&D Engineering Technician at CDI Energy Products, where duties involved managing test and design labs and developing materials for the oil and gas industry, as well as serving as an Environmental Specialist at QPS Engineering, LLC, overseeing feasibility studies and project management. Matthew Bryson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Texas A&M University, earned in 2012.
