Navvin Jaiin

Navvin Jaiin is currently the Chief Business Officer at Turtlemint. Prior to this, Navvin served as the Executive Vice President at Bajaj Allianz Life from April 2020 to November 2021. Before that, Navvin was the EVP & Head of Insurance - Life, Health & General at IndusInd Bank from December 2019 to April 2020.

From May 2017 to December 2019, Navvin was the Chief Distribution Officer at Reliance Health Insurance. From October 2012 to April 2017, Navvin served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where they were responsible for heading the Products, Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing for Tata AIA Life.

Navvin began their career in 2008 as one of the first five sales employees of Canara HSBC Life Insurance. As Relationship Head, Navvin’s role was to ensure Life insurance was given prime importance amongst the fee product, roll out initiatives, conduct governing council meetings, and provide know-how to the bank to grow the business. In this role, Navvin had to manage relationships with key stakeholders including the CMD, ED’s and senior members of the bank. As Zonal head, Navvin’s role was to drive life insurance through more than 2000+ branches of the bank. Under Navvin’s leadership, the business grew from INR 680 mn in FY’09 to INR 2340 mn in FY’11.
