Vlad Lokshin

Vlad Lokshin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Developer at Merkle. Vlad then worked as a Product Manager and Designer at Ozmosis, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they moved on to Audi of America as a Sales Ops and Strategy Consultant and Product Designer. From 2012 to 2016, Vlad was the Cofounder and CEO of DarwinApps. In 2017, they became the Cofounder and CEO of Turtle.dev, where they scaled the freelance developer marketplace to multi-million revenues and built TurtleOS software with the profits. In 2020, they cofounded Turtle and served as the CEO. Currently, Vlad Lokshin is the Cofounder and CPO at TATO, starting in 2023. Additionally, they have been an Advisor at Match.dev since 2021.

Vlad Lokshin pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Business from 2005 to 2009 at the University of Maryland. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they attended Cornell Tech, where they completed their MBA. The field of study for their MBA is not specified.
