Amanda Ojala

Amanda Ojala is an experienced professional in the fields of sports, health sciences, and organizational planning. Currently serving as an Erityisasiantuntija and Liikuntasuunnittelija at Turun kaupunki - Åbo stad - City of Turku since June 2022, Amanda has previously worked as a Research Coordinator at Folkhälsan and held roles as a Trainee and Research Assistant within the same city’s administration and at KIHU - Research Institute for Olympic Sports, respectively. Amanda began a career in sales and fitness instruction at IKEA Group and ELIXIA Finland, which complements a robust academic background that includes a Master of Sport and Health Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä and further studies in Health and Physical Education.
