Siina Alaranta

Siina Alaranta is an experienced web services specialist currently serving at the City of Turku since February 2020, focusing on the development and testing of tools for the new city website and co-leading service design workshops. Prior roles include communication designer, where responsibilities spanned corona communications and website accessibility, and a project worker for the education and healthcare divisions at the same city. Additional experience includes positions at Turku University of Applied Sciences, Vaadin, and various event coordination roles, which helped develop leadership and project management skills. Siina holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biotechnology and Diagnostics and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Turku.
