Rebecca Norwood has extensive work experience in various roles. Rebecca started their career as a Legal Assistant at Edmunds & Williams from 1998 to 2000, followed by a position at Burns, Day & Presnell, P.A. as a Legal Assistant from 2000 to 2001. Since then, they have worked at L3Harris Technologies, starting as a Product Application Engineer in Marketing Communications from 2007 to 2010. Rebecca then served as a Configuration Engineer in Technical Export Compliance from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they worked as a Regional Account Manager in Radio Sales from 2011 to 2014, managing territory and generating sales. Rebecca later became a Key Account Manager for the US Army and Army National Guard from 2014 to 2016, responsible for territory management and sales. Their most recent role was as a Sales Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2020 at L3Harris Technologies, where they collaborated with sales professionals to develop solutions packages based on customer needs and developed RFP specifications. Since 2020, Rebecca Norwood has been employed at Tusa Consulting Services as a Senior Consultant/Engineer.

Rebecca Norwood holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration - High Technology from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial and System Engineering (BSIE) at North Carolina State University from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also earned a certification in Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Europe GmbH, an MHI Global company, in November 2011.
