Currently serving as the Director of Special Education at Tuscaloosa City Schools since August 1997, Bruce oversees all special education programs, providing leadership in program facilitation and evaluation. Prior roles include Principal at Eastwood Middle School and other educational institutions, where responsibilities included coordinating operations and strategic planning aligned with district priorities.
