Rebecca Wagner

Rebecca Wagner is a Project Director at Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11 since July 2017. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as the Executive Director at Community Learning Center from May 2008 to June 2017. Rebecca holds a D.Ed. in Adult Education from Penn State University, earned between 2000 and 2005, and a B.A. in Medical Technology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, received between 1976 and 1978.
