Wes Trevino

Wes Trevino has a range of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they joined TuSimple as a Software Engineer II. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they were the Founder of Light Bulb, where they played a key role in establishing the company. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Qualcomm. In 2018, they served as a Developer 1 at Corelation, Inc. Between 2016 and 2018, they pursued their Computer Science Major with intelligent systems specialization (Machine Learning & AI) at UC Irvine. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at TiVo as a Software Developer, where they developed internal applications and maintained the TiVo.com web pages. Wes also briefly held the position of IT Service Desk Administrator at TiVo. From 2014 to 2016, they were a student at De Anza College. Wes Trevino's earlier work experience includes their time at Marine Corps Systems Command, where they served as a Fire Direction Controllman from 2009 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for fire commands, delegation, and ensuring mission success.

Wes Trevino obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Science, with a Math & Engineering Emphasis, from De Anza College from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Intelligent Systems, focusing on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at UC Irvine from 2016 to 2018.
