Xiao Han (Doris)

Doris Han, also known as Xiao Han, has a diverse work experience in finance roles. Xiao (Doris) most recently worked at TuSimple as a Senior Financial Analyst starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GIA (Gemological Institute of America) as a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A from April 2021 to June 2022. From May 2017 to March 2018, they were the Assistant Director of Finance at Shanghai W Hotel - the Bund, where they led the hotel's monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Doris also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Shanghai Disney Resort from March 2016 to May 2017. Additionally, they had various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Financial Analyst, FP&A from August 2015 to February 2016, Regional Finance Support Specialist NB&T China from July 2012 to July 2015, and Corporate Management Trainee - Finance from July 2010 to July 2012.

Xiao (Doris) Han pursued their Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting & Finance at the University of Technology Sydney from 2006 to 2009. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Finance, specializing in Investment Banking, from UNSW in the academic year of 2009-2010.
