Wendy Stair

Wendy Stair is a seasoned professional in the field of financial crimes and intelligence, currently serving as a Financial Crimes Senior Analyst at Visa since December 2025. Prior to this role, Wendy worked as an Investigator at Western Union from October 2020 to December 2025 and served as an Intelligence Instructor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security between August 2015 and October 2020. Wendy also contributed to national security training as an Instructor at Public Safety Consulting from June 2015 to September 2020. Additional experience includes a role as a Social Media Analyst at PathAR LLC and over 13 years as a Staff Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs and Political Science from James Madison University, where enrollment occurred from August 1997 to May 2020.
