Mohammad Imran Khalid is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in ServiceNow solutions and telecommunications. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Technical Lead at Tuatahi First Fibre since August 2025, Mohammad is instrumental in driving digital transformation through secure and scalable solutions. Previous roles include Technical Lead ServiceNow at Vector Limited, where the focus was on enterprise architecture and governance, and ServiceNow Delivery Lead at Accenture, promoting platform strategy and performance. With a solid foundation in IT and telecom from roles dating back to 2004, including positions at Asiacell Communications and Huawei Technologies, Mohammad holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
