In 2012, they had a short-term Full Time Employment at Indra. Natalia Ivette then transitioned to a Senior System Engineer role at Indra Sistemas SA in 2013, where they worked for over seven years. Currently, Natalia is employed as a Customer Success Specialist at Tutenlabs starting from October 2020.

Natalia Ivette D. obtained a degree in Tecnología de la información, specializing in ingeniero de sistema, from the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga. Natalia Ivette attended this university from 1998 to 2004. In 2006, they pursued a Diplomado en Auditoria de sistemas from the Universidad Piloto de Colombia.
