Kristi Jordan

Kristi Jordan, NHA has over a decade of experience in senior living and healthcare management. Kristi currently holds the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, where they have been since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at the same company from December 2019 to December 2022.

Before joining Tutera, Kristi held several executive positions at various organizations, including Executive Director at Assisted Living at the Meadowlands from April 2019 to December 2019, and Executive Director at Green Park Senior Living from June 2018 to April 2019. Kristi also worked as the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Ascension Senior Living from April 2016 to May 2018, and as a Private Contractor at AdCare Health Systems from November 2015 to January 2018.

Earlier in their career, Kristi held positions such as Regional Controller at Signature Healthcare from August 2014 to November 2015, VP-Accounts Receivable at Trilogy Health Services, LLC from November 2013 to August 2014, and Director of Operations at Golden Living from October 2012 to October 2013. Kristi also served as the Regional Vice President at LaVie Management Service from June 2010 to October 2012, and as the Area Director of Accounts Receivable at Extendicare Healthcare Service from August 2007 to June 2010.

Throughout their career, Kristi has demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management, operations, and financial analysis. Kristi has successfully implemented strategies to optimize census market, improve collections performance, and minimize bad debt.

Kristi Jordan, NHA, has a background in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the American Public University System. Kristi also holds additional certifications including Certified Dementia Practitioner from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. In 2018, they obtained the Missouri - LNHA certification.
