Meagan Kensil is an accomplished screenwriter, teacher, and marketing consultant with extensive experience in various fields. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Screenwriting at Esra Film School of New York, Meagan focuses on teaching students about American cinema and screenwriting fundamentals. As a copywriter at Write Label, Meagan has achieved recognition for high-quality commercial copy, leading to entry into a more selective writing pool. With a strong background as an English and History tutor at Tutor Associates, Meagan has successfully guided over 300 students to academic success. Additionally, as a screenwriter and independent filmmaker at Peak Sun Productions, notable works include the webseries "Roomsies" and the short film "Bette," which received support from Adult Swim. Meagan's freelance voice acting with Premiere Radio Networks and creative marketing role at Blue Point Brewing Company further showcase versatility and creativity. Meagan holds a BFA in Drama from New York University.

WHAT WE DO We provide complete one-on-one tutoring programs to meet every student’s needs. We tutor all high school subjects and tests including SAT, ACT, SSAT and ISEE. Our New York-based tutors work in-home with students in NYC and the Hamptons, and online with students around the world via our web-based tutor portal. WHY WE DO IT We are driven by compassion for our students, sustained by curiosity about learning, and invigorated by the collaboration between parents, students, tutors, and schools. We believe that tutoring succeeds when these relationships are built on trust, empathy, and respect. HOW WE START Finding the right student-tutor match is essential. We begin each program with a consultation to assess the student's learning style, determine which tutor will connect best with the student, and set goals for the program.
