Rafael Quintero has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rafael Quintero started their career in 2002 as a Business Banking Officer at U.S. Bank, where they worked until 2006. Rafael Quintero then joined Associated Banc-Corp as a Senior Business Banker from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Rafael transitioned to the education sector and became the Accounting Program Chair at Globe University/Minnesota School of Business. During this time, they developed and delivered accounting courses.
