Sarah Wilkening

Sarah Wilkening has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sarah started their career as a Training Officer onboard USS Whidbey Island and later served as a Damage Control Officer onboard USS Peleliu in the US Navy. In these roles, they developed training plans, managed personnel, and coordinated with leaders to enhance qualifications and education.

After leaving the Navy in 2009, Sarah dedicated herself to raising their five children and homeschooling them. Sarah actively participated in Officer Spouse groups and traveled to different countries with their children to provide hands-on learning experiences.

In 2011, Sarah joined Eastern Virginia Medical School as a Standardized Patient and Gynecological Teaching Associate. In these roles, they simulated patient scenarios for medical students and practicing clinicians, evaluated their performance, and provided feedback on communication skills and patient-centered treatment.

In 2009, Sarah also served as a Defense Support of Civilian Authorities Unit Member for United States Fleet Forces Command in the US Navy Reserve. Sarah evaluated information, streamlined data, and acted as the unit's Administrative and Training Officer.

More recently, Sarah worked as a Web Content Writer for Inbound Back Office and as a Military Outreach Coordinator for Tutor.com. Sarah is currently working as a Freelance Copywriter for Guided Content Marketing.
