Andy Croy

Andy Croy has extensive work experience in various industries. Andy currently serves as the Head of Education and Company Director at Tutor Doctor, where they provide personalized tutoring services and tailors educational support programs. Prior to that, they worked as an L&D Project Lead at Oyu Tolgoi LLC and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in a self-employed capacity. Andy also held the role of Regional Director at Vinarco International, where they led the permanent recruitment function and provided HR consultation. Earlier in their career, they were an Independent Business Owner at Revolution Racing and held managerial positions at WorleyParsons, where they managed support services and was involved in HR strategy and organizational development. Andy also worked as a Recruitment Manager at WorleyParsons, Senior Consultant at Hudson, Regional Account Manager at Adecco Group, and Business Manager at Medi-Mark International.

Andy Croy completed their education at two different universities. From 1997 to 1998, they attended The University of Waikato and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they attended The University of Auckland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Additionally, in March 2018, they completed a certification in Finance for Non-Financial Managers from LinkedIn.
