Shahiya Shaik

Shahiya Shaik is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and mentoring across multiple educational settings. Currently serving as a Tutor at TutorComp since October 2022, Shahiya previously held roles as an IB Science Mentor online at Empay Homeschooling in the UAE and as an IB PYP Facilitator at Sreenidhi International School and Silver Oaks International Schools. Additional experience includes a position as a Cambridge Facilitator at AMBITUS WORLD SCHOOL and a CBSE Science Teacher at Pavitra International School. Shahiya's educational qualifications encompass a BSc in Microbiology and Immunology from Osmania University, a Master’s in Microbial Biotechnology, and several professional teaching programs from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Graduate School of Education and the University of Cambridge, focusing on various educational methodologies and classroom management. Currently, Shahiya continues to enhance skills related to inquiry-based teaching in the International Baccalaureate framework.
