Raphael Ribadouro

Raphael Ribadouro has a long and varied work experience. Raphael began their career in 1999 as a high school mathematics and physics teacher in various schools in Brazil. In 2005, they became a research fellow at the PET EEL - Programa de Educação Tutorial da Engenharia Elétrica. In 2007, they interned as a software developer at Digitro Tecnologia, where they were awarded the Mais Prize for having the most ideas approved by the Board of Directors. In 2008, they worked as a software engineer and scientist-hiwi at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT. In 2009, they worked as a software engineer at Fazion. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Schlumberger as a consulting project manager at NExT and a well engineer at IPM (Integrated Project Management). In 2016, they became the Founder and CEO of TutorMundi.

Raphael Ribadouro obtained a Bachelor of Science in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2004 and 2009. Raphael also studied Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 2008 to 2009. In 2014, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at INSEAD. In 2015, they completed an exchange program at The Wharton School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
