Rachel Marks

Rachel Marks is an experienced research assistant currently working at the Adoption Medicine Clinic, where a retrospective study on adopted children with premature puberty is conducted. With a strong background in tutoring through Tutor the People, LLC, Rachel creates individualized lesson plans to prepare students for standardized exams, including the MCAT. Prior medical experience includes serving as a medical assistant at Diane Berson Dermatology, a research assistant in the Radiology Informatics Lab at Mayo Clinic, and an intern at Bellevue Healthcare as a patient advocate. Rachel also demonstrated leadership as a teaching assistant at Cornell University and as a manager at Edina Aquatic Center. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University and is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
