Ana Carolina Simões

Ana Carolina Simões is a skilled professional in the fields of human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the People Branding & Talent Acquisition specialist at TUU since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at EDP as part of the Commercial Academy in Learning & Development and as a Human Resources Business Partner. Ana also worked as a Consultora de RH at Iscte Junior Consulting and held a position in finance at JEEFEUC. The early career involved an internship at Números Irreverentes, Lda in accounting and management, along with being a volleyball player for Associação Académica de Coimbra. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consulting from ISCTE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from both FEUC and Charles University.
