Torben Schieke serves as the Manager of Organisational Transformation at TÜV NORD GROUP, overseeing group-wide change management processes and supporting M&A projects with a focus on people integration. Previously, Torben held roles including Interim Team Lead for HR Strategy & Transformation and Executive Assistant to the CHRO and Labour Director. With a background in strategic assistance at TÜV NORD EnSys GmbH & Co. KG and experience in various internships including at Unilever and the Lower Saxony Parliament, Torben has developed a strong foundation in project leadership, communication strategy, and stakeholder management. Torben holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Maastricht University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Salzburg Business School.
