Markus Seibel

Markus Seibel, LL.M has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Markus began their career in 2003 as a Referendar at OLG Düsseldorf, where they gained valuable legal experience. From there, they joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in 2005 as a Rechtsanwalt, further honing their legal skills.

In 2012, Markus joined TÜV Rheinland Group, where they held various roles. Markus started as a Global Expert Corporate/M&A, showcasing their expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Markus then became the Regional Officer Legal & Compliance WEU/CEE, overseeing legal and compliance matters in Western Europe and Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, Markus holds the position of Global Head of Corporate Legal, demonstrating their leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of corporate law.

Markus Seibel, LL.M has a degree in Recht from the University of Cologne, where they completed their 1. juristische Staatsprüfung in 2002. Markus further pursued their education in Recht at Düsseldorf, obtaining their 2. juristische Staatsprüfung in 2005. Additionally, they hold a Maîtrise en droit / LL.M. degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, which they completed in 1999.
