Vanessa de la Fuente has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Vanessa began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Clariant in 2015 and continued in this role until 2017. Vanessa then joined Evonik as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they were responsible for recruitment, hiring, and creating global interview guidelines. After four years at Evonik, Vanessa joined BASF as a Senior Specialist in Success Factors Learning and served as the Global Process Owner. Currently, they are working at TÜV Rheinland Group as the Global Expert Talent Acquisition & Design Lead for Digital Platforms.
